TrainMyAIM - Catalyze Action

Consulting and coaching for individuals, families, and organizations to catalyze purposeful action.

Causal Pathway Coaching and Consulting

As an epidemiologist and high-performance coach, I help clients generate outcomes that matter. Together we explore the causal pathways shaping their project, organization, or life. With this awareness, we train our energy on meaningful markers of progress toward the AIM.

TrainMyAIM LLC is an integration of my scientific consultancy (Artemis Biomedical Communications) and my coaching practice (Artemis Professional Coaching).

Catalyze Action

High Performance, Outcomes-Oriented Coaching and Consulting

I'm both a scientist and a coach, not one or the other, and I love leaning on both disciplines to serve clients with both my head and my heart.

Together we map the causal pathways shaping your challenges—whether navigating career transitions amid layoffs, improving family communication, or measuring pre- and post-intervention progress in health research.

The heart of the work is your own self-discovery. I guide you to observe patterns without judgment—so you can experiment freely and integrate conscious changes in real time.

With insight gained, we train our focus and energy through disciplined, joyful practice across physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions. Movement is integral. We layer in practical skills alongside awareness, making your outcomes durable and self-sustaining.

Every session closes with my unique AIM process: cultivating Awareness, forging clear Intention, and establishing a Meaningful Marker of progress. Just as research relies on specific aims and measurable objectives to drive discovery, we train your AIM—turning self-discovery into sustained, transformative results.

Let's talk!

My entire focus and energy shifted into a more positive, thought-provoking, and insightful perspective through the COR.E Energy program. I feel much more energized and empowered, with a clearer understanding of how my energy levels relate to my thoughts, emotions, and actions in both my work and personal life. Emotional weights that once felt heavy have been lifted, and when they reappear, I now know exactly how to manage them. I’m more centered and calm, and I’m rediscovering my ability to be a creator in my life.

This program has taught me how to transform any situation into one that is positive, productive, and fulfilling for everyone involved. I highly recommend this program—not just for those in the business world, but for anyone looking to experience transformation in any aspect of their life. It provides valuable insights on interacting with others in a way that promotes clarity, understanding, mutual respect, support, and joyful connection, regardless of external circumstances. It’s truly a powerful experience!"

Here's what other parents have had to say:

“The SENG parent group was a breath of fresh air for this determined, but weary, mom of an energetic, intense, precocious, charming daughter diagnosed with ASD/ADHD. Finding solidarity with parents who share similar experiences, exchanging stories, and sharing resources and ideas has put new wind in my parenting sails! The facilitators provided a structured, safe, no-judgement environment that helped me feel comfortable and challenged me to think in new ways about my daughter's, and our family's, life. I'm really grateful for these 6 sessions and I know that other parents will greatly benefit too. You are not alone!”

~Jennifer W, military spouse, South Carolina

"Mark and I keep talking about how life-changing this group experience is. Your skill at facilitating is a wonderful gift to us all and I am grateful for you. The quality of this experience, the content and communication you provide outside of session, the sheer time, is far more valuable than the participant fee. Take that business feedback in whatever way you want! I say that with the humility of working as a provider in an underpaid field of healthcare. We are so lucky to have met you and the other participants at this juncture in our pilgrimage."

~Mark and Chelsey Bartholet, gifted/2e parents
